Order processing
All orders received on business days are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours from order confirmation or recorded payment. Orders received on weekends, public holidays or non‑working days are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the delivery location and product availability. For deliveries within Croatia, the approximate delivery time is 10 to 20 working days.
For islands and more remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
For international shipments, where available, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the terms of the courier service.
In the case of exceptional circumstances, increased workload, public holidays or delivery issues, deviations from the stated delivery times are possible.
Delivery cost
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on the order value, chosen courier service and delivery address.
For international orders, delivery costs are calculated according to the courier service’s current price list.
Delivery method
Delivery is carried out via a reliable courier service to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Please check the accuracy of the address, phone number and email address when entering your details so that delivery can be completed without difficulties.
Shipment tracking
If shipment tracking is available, the customer will receive a notification with tracking details to their email address after the order has been dispatched.
Product availability
All products displayed in the web shop are available while stocks last. If the ordered product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, a new delivery time or a refund of the amount paid.
Receiving and inspecting the shipment
We recommend that the customer inspects the package when receiving the shipment. If the package is visibly damaged, we advise you not to accept it and to contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
